Entech has been working on the Wolf Ranch subdivision from project inception through current continued development efforts. Preliminary work included geologic hazard and land use studies consisting of site specific subsurface exploration programs, geologic mapping to identify geologic constraints and hazards impacting the development and providing recommended mitigations for the development.
Upon completion of the wet utilities Entech completes subsurface explorations programs within the roadways for pavement design and provided pavement design recommendations in accordance with El Paso County design requirements.
During development construction Entech provides materials testing for earthwork including overlot grading, wet utility installation, storm water installation, dry utility installation, and roadway construction. Density testing for roadways including aggregate base course or cement treated subgrade and asphalt testing. Concrete testing is performed for curb and gutter and cast-in-place storm facilities.
